TORQUE TESTING
Crown Star provides torque testing for bolts on site, using KINDRICK TOOLS torque wrench. Torque Tool Testing System & Torque Wrench calibration systems have an integral role as a part of preventive maintenance along with traceability so that all results attained during measurements are in accordance with national/international standards. A torque tester / torque test machine is used as a quality control device to test or calibrate torque controlled tools. Torque Wrench Calibration Tool / torque testing machine ensures optimal performance of a torque tool and ensures that there is no uncertainty in the measurement. Furthermore, it can identify potential tooling issues such as wear and tear, broken component, etc,. Torque testing is performed to determine how an object, part, or product will react to being turned. This turning can occur in either normal day-to-day operations or can be performed deliberately until the product fails or breaks. The rotational force applied in torque testing can either be dynamic (frequently delivered at a high speed) or static (delivered at a lower speed). As markets become more and more competitive, torque measurement testing is increasingly becoming an important part of quality control and assurance for many manufacturers and commercial operations. Torque testing is able to ensure proper functionality of turning components and successful torque testing can validate equipment safety and reliability. As the prevalence of torque testing for quality control rises, it’s important not to let your operation get left behind. Reliable and accurate torque testing equipment can provide actionable data for your production process and ensure that your end users are getting the quality product they expect.
